"Exams"

Hooooooooo........ Now this might be the expression of many who are just like me...... I mean of 90% students remaining 10% cannot be said students because they are born scholars and exams for them is like an opportunity to again show the world their potential and to rest of students that they cannot do what they can....
I am not being cynical here but its a fact which I believe everyone knows. Since my childhood these exam days are the worst to pass, day seems like never ending and whole nights seems to be nightmares. Many a times it has happened with me that I'd given many of my papers during my sleep only( I dream of being in examination hall) and by God the performance in those was far better than the actual one. Might be a matter to laugh upon for many but a true and bitter fact for me.
Now coming on to serious note, why always students want to run away or they want to avoid to take tests or exams. Most probably the reason might be that they always need some more time to prepare and secondly the pressure which is faced by student from multiple sources which requires every student, every son, every daughter to be a topper amongst their circle, even i felt the same many times. If I am true to myself then I can say that I hate exams not because I hate to study or doesn't want to study but only because when the results of exams are out and you'd not performed as per the expectations of people then perception towards you changes and thats the worst part of life that when people treat you on the basis of the results. Even sometimes I feel that the whole education system should be changed in India, that is more stress should be laid on practical knowledge rather than bookish. Don't know what could be done of this system or how much time it will take to change. Till that time exams will be there and students will avoid them any how.
Well this was just my way of alleviating my own stress of exams, but the fact is still the same that 90% of the students want to run away from exams.
* the statistics of 90% and 10% are from my own experience and this data could differ from the range of marks people get in their exams.
